In the above picture, it’s me and my kids ‘grounding’
‘Grounding or Earthing is a process of connecting to the Earth’s electrical energy.
It is often used in mindfulness or stress management to help individuals to connect with the present moment and the physical world around them.’
It was a spur of the moment decision, I told them, ‘take your shoes and rub the ground with your feet’.
They did and went on squealing with laughter and had so much fun in that moment.
“A merry heart doeth good like medicine”
